Greeting all! Laurelei and I (and maybe a few of our friends) are planning a pilgrimage to the Nashville Parthenon sometime in the spring.

I have been before, but I want to go back soon. We were thinking wouldn't it be great if we could get other members of this forum to show up at the Parthenon on the same day? A kind of Midwest/East Coast Hellenic Polytheist's meet-n-greet!

A Saturday would work well for us, possibly in April? What do you think? Anyone up for a road trip? Cheesy

I think it's about 8 or 9 hours from where I live. I know that Memphis is only 6 hours from me, and I think that Nashville is two or three hours from Memphis.

Okay, folks. We've set Saturday, April 10th as our definite date for this trip. It closes at 4:30, and we will be there by noon.

Glaux has dark brown hair. I have blond hair. We'll both be wearing dresses and have flowers in our hair.

Give one or the other of us a shout if you are planning on coming and want to meet up with us. We'd love to see some of our friends there!

We should plan a huge gathering at the Nashville parthenon in a few years. (maybe 2012) We'll get every American to come that can. Just think about it, meeting everyone. Maybe we could even have a few Socratic seminars about the future of our people in the western hemisphere. It may cost a little bit, but two years is plenty of time to save. As practitioners that live away from Greece, it's hard to feel that community presence. What do you think?
